Athittaya practices in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, and company incorporation. She also has experience advising clients on cross-border transactions and foreign direct investment.

Athittaya also has experience supporting public interest and access to justice initiatives, having served as President of the Thammasat Pro Bono Society, where she led student-led legal support and community outreach programs.

Athittaya obtained her LL.B. with First Class Honours from Thammasat University’s International Business Law program.
