Chirdpan is specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporation and general commercial laws including laws relating to foreign direct investment, investment promotion, real estate and labor.

He had involved in the M&A transactions in a wide range of business sectors, especially in high-profile hospitality and residential projects in Thailand.

He also has experience advising a number of international schools in Thailand on compliance and other matters under the Thai private education law.

His experience also covers provision of legal advice to clients in Thailand, several Lao-based corporations as well as Lao governmental authorities.

Chirdpan obtained his LL.B. with Honors from Thammasat University and LL.M. from Cornell Law School, Cornell University, USA.

He is a Barrister at Law of the Thai Bar Association and admitted as a lawyer by the Thai Lawyer Council.
