Hathaipat currently focuses on the practice area of general corporate and commercial law. She obtained her LL.B. from Thammasat University. She also obtained Lawyer License from the Lawyers Council of Thailand. She has experience in advising both Thai and foreign clients across multiple areas of law including business/commercial contracts, company secretary services, employment, and related regulatory compliance.
