Iraya currently focuses on the practice area of general corporate and commercial law. Her experience includes advising on contract drafting in the areas of laws including corporate law and M&A, as well as conducting various legal due diligence in relation to the acquisition of the business. She obtained her LL.M. with merit from Durham University, United Kingdom (Major in International Trade and Commercial Law). She also obtained lawyer license and Notarial Services Attorney from the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
