Komson obtained his LL.B. from Thammasat University.

His practice focuses mainly on banking and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and business rehabilitation in court and labor disputes.

He has over 20 years experience in the litigation and dispute resolution practice.

He represented many international and domestic banks and financial institutions, including ABN Amro (now RBS), Bangkok Bank, BNP Paribas, Citibank, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, OCBC, Thai EXIM Bank, etc, in many complicated and high valued banking litigations.

In addition to his extensive experience in the banking litigation, he also has extensive experience in the area of bankruptcy and business rehabilitation in court.

He represented many foreign and domestic creditors, as well as the planners and the plan administrators including Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, Standard Merchant Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, etc, in various bankruptcy and business rehabilitation proceedings in the Central Bankruptcy Court.

He has been very active in providing legal advice and representing various foreign banks and corporate clients in the Labor Courts concerning disputes arising out of or in connection with lay-off, redundancy, non-competition agreement and employment related matters.
