Kritchaporn currently focuses on the practice area of Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets. She obtained her LL.B. with First Class Honors from Chulalongkorn University, LL.M. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA and LL.M. with Graduate Certificate in Business Law from University of Southern California, USA.She also obtained lawyer license from the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
