He also served as a senior associate leading the International Corporate Practice Group of Watson, Farley & Williams, Bangkok from August 2003 to June 2005, as a senior associate in the International Capital Market Group at Allen & Overy, Bangkok from January 2001 to July 2003 and as a lawyer and associate in both Banking and Finance Group and Securities and Corporate Group at Baker & McKenzie, Bangkok from 1991-2000.
He obtained his LL.B. from Chulalongkorn University, M.C.L. (Master of Comparative Law) from The University of Alabama, School of Law, USA.
