Napasorn Phongphaiboon currently focuses on the practice area of general corporate and commercial law as well as business investment and operation in Thailand in extensive area, including business structuring and incorporation, licensing requirement and other legal compliances, foreign investment, investment promotion, share acquisition, asset and business transfer, contract drafting and negotiation, personal data protection, employment and labor issues. She obtained her LL.B. with First Class Honors from Chulalongkorn University (Major in Business Law). She also obtained lawyer license from the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
