Nataporn mainly focuses on banking and finance and project finance.

Her experience includes drafting and negotiating agreements for major financing transactions and cross-border loan syndication transactions. She also has experience with conducting due diligence relating to merger and acquisitions transactions, involving both listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand and non-listed companies, and providing legal advice on general business practice.

She obtained her LL.B (major in Business Law) with First Class Honors from Chulalongkorn University. She also obtained Lawyer License from the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
