She received an LLB and an LLM (English Program) in business law from Thammasat University, an LLM-LI from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, United States in 2013, and an LLM (Law and Business Program) from Vanderbilt University, United States in 2014, with several high achievement and excellence awards.

Oranat is experienced in legal writing and providing advice on various legal issues, especially commercial and corporate law.
