Oravee, Associate, mainly focuses on the practice area of corporate and general commercial law.

Her experience includes providing legal advices in relation to business investment and operation in Thailand in extensive area, including business structuring and incorporation, licensing requirement and other legal compliances, foreign investment, investment promotion, share acquisition, asset and business transfer, contract drafting and negotiation, employment and labor issues.

She obtained her LL.B with Second Class Honors from Thammasat University (Business and Commercial Laws).
