Panida Akarakulpriya mainly focuses on the practice area of general corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating agreements for transactions especially in the field of merger and acquisitions. She also has experience with conducting due diligence relating to the project finance, mergers and acquisitions transactions, involving both listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand and non-listed companies, and providing legal advice on general business practice, business investment and operation in Thailand including corporate and commercial law, foreign investment, investment promotion and labor law. She obtained her LL.B. from Thammasat University. She also obtained lawyer license from the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
