Prechaya's practice focuses mainly on commercial litigation, dispute resolution, labor and employment law, debt restructuring and rehabilitation.

He has represented multi-national and local corporate clients in large scale commercial litigation and in various areas including labor construction, banking and finance, intellectual property, and involving international transactions. In addition, he has been very active in the area of employment litigation and in arbitration matters.

With respect to labour and employment matters, Prechaya has advised various foreign and local banks as well as large manufacturing companies with respect to labor and employment matters concerning lay-off, redundancy, employments benefits and labor relations matters. He has also acted as the trial counsel for employer companies in labor litigation in the Central Labor Court for more than 100 cases.

In addition, Prechaya acted as a trial counsel for a Thai subsidiary of a multi-national telephone company in controversial and widely publicized litigation regarding telephone directory dispute. He also acted as the trial counsel for the Thai subsidiary of a US based automobile manufacturer in a multi-billion Baht litigation concerning dispute in distributorship agreement. He has represented trial counsel for a leading local power and energy company in a litigation relating to multi-billion Baht dispute in a major power and mining project development.

Prechaya obtained his LL.B. (with Honors) from Chulalongkorn University and was admitted to Thai Bar Association.
