Samnang is a consultant at LS Horizon. His practice focuses on general corporate, real estate and finance, as well as foreign investment projects in Cambodia.

Prior to joining LS Horizon Limited, he was a foreign attorney at Yulchon LLC in Seoul, South Korea.

While at Yulchon, he was briefly seconded to Bun and Associates law firm in Cambodia from 2012 to 2013.

Samnang received his LL.B. from Royal University of Law and Economics in Cambodia (Class of National Scholarship) and J.D. from Handong International Law School, the only American law school in South Korea and the first in Asia.

He is also admitted to the District of Columbia Bar in Washington, DC.
