His specialization includes the Real Estate as the Real Estate Consultant, including the acting for clients in relation for registration of land ownership, land ownership by alien persons, land ownership by juristic persons, land leases by aliens, alien ownership in condominium, alien ownership of buildings, land ownership under the Investment Act (Board of Investment), land ownership under the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (“IEAT”) Act and the Petroleum Act, registration of condominium and juristic persons of condominiums, and summit the application for permission of the Land Development Licenses and dealing with responsible officials and local authorities.

Prior to joining LS Horizon, he worked with Baker & McKenzie from 1982-2007 where he has been recognized as a specialist in the fields of real estate, hotel & resort and property development.

Real estate transactions in which action for investors in relation to legal due diligence investigations, acquisitions of land and condominiums, business procurement of permits and licenses, and the development of hotel and residential projects.

He obtained B.A., Political Science and LL.B. from Ramkhamhaeng University, Chulalongkong University (Certificate of Professional Administrative Management of Buildings), Agency for Real Estate Affairs (Certificate of Property Valuation).
