Warinthorn currently focuses on capital markets. She advises public companies on initial public offerings (IPOs) on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), organizes annual general meetings (AGMs), and assists with REIT conversions and capital increases. She also manages debenture issuances and provides legal counsel on SEC and SET regulations, including disclosure requirements and ongoing compliance matters.

Prior to joining LS Horizon Limited, Warinthorn gained experience in both international and domestic legal environments, where she handled corporate registrations, foreign business licensing, BOI applications, contract drafting, and regulatory research across various industries. She also contributed to legal publications and delivered public presentations on fair trade practices and SME regulatory frameworks.

She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Chulalongkorn University and is a licensed attorney registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
