Nopparat currently focuses on the practice area of general corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising clients on various cross-border transactions, especially foreign investment in Thailand and Lao PDR. She has involved in issuance and offering of debentures, as well as providing legal advice to public limited companies in connection with shareholders meetings. She also has experience in Lao PDR projects relating to the initial public offering of shares and capital increase. She obtained her LL.B. with Second Class Honors from Thammasat University and LL.M. from Cornell Law School and Georgetown University Law Center.
