We represent and advise both local and international financial institutions on loan and credit facility documentation, including bilateral and syndicated loan agreements, as well as cross-border banking and finance transactions in the South East Asian region. We also represent borrowers in negotiations with financial institutions to obtain various types of credit facilities for project financing, corporate financing or consumer financing.
