LS Horizon Limited is a regional law firm with offices in Thailand and Lao PDR and associated firms in Myanmar, Singapore and Cambodia that is capable of delivering international quality legal services. LS Horizon Lao PDR Office: The Lao PDR office opened in Vientiane in 2007. Since the office’s inception we have been providing a full range of corporate and commercial legal services to both international and local clients, consisting of clients from the public and private sectors, as well as international organizations. Our office is located in the heart of the business district, fully equipped with all business facilities and infrastructure.
We have highly experienced Lao and foreign lawyers with extensive experience working on complex projects and transactions in Lao PDR. These lawyers reside and work full time in Lao PDR. The Lao legal team works closely with our Thai and foreign lawyers, with full support from the Thai Office. Where necessary and appropriate so as to provide optimal benefits to our clients, we can draw on the legal expertise and resource of the team in Thailand to provide legal services and to complete transactions for our clients in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
We provide legal assistance to our clients from the initial investment planning stage to on-going business operations. We assist clients on all matters, including providing general legal advice applicable to their business and specific projects; establishing a business entity (Lao company, branch or representative office); applying for necessary business licenses or concession rights; and advising on financing arrangements, power projects, banking regulations, labor laws, due diligence, general tax advice, dispute resolution and other matters.
