Nouanekham obtained his LL.B. from the Faculty of Law and Political Science, National University of Lao PDR and the Lao-American College.

He has experience in setting up companies including drafting Joint Venture Agreement, Share Transfer Agreement, Loan Agreement, Lease and Labour Contract.

In addition, he has experience in a number of due diligence processes for merger and acquisition transactions.
